Why I Listen to Customers!

In my professional opinion, having a sales agent that listens is the most important part of the buying process for a consumer. It has been said customers don’t know what they want, but I don’t believe that at all! I’ve found that although the customer knows exactly what they want, sometimes they don’t express their needs as clearly as they would want too.

That’s why it is very important to have the customer explain not only what they “need” but what they “want” as well. The customer knows what they want, it’s the sales agent’s job to listen to the consumer and find a solution that meets their needs. I can help you by being able to take the information you give me and turn it into a policy that fits your needs at the best rate possible, which is rewarding for both you and I!
